Use of the service

The chess timer is free for personal and club use. Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it or copy it in a way that infringes our rights.

No warranty

The service is provided “as is”. Timing depends on your device and browser, and we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. It is not an approved clock for official or rated events, so follow your arbiter’s instructions.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, ChessTimer.org is not liable for losses arising from use of the service, including a game decided by timing.
